The Aldar Academies UNIFORM OFFER by Aldar Academies (“Aldar Academies”, “we” or “us”) has been created to offer a free set of uniform worth 1,000 AED to any student enrolled in West Yas Academy, Al Mamoura Academy or Al Bateen Academy during the Ramadan period 4th April to 4th May 2022 (the “Ramadan Period”).

The offer will be provided exclusively to successfully enrolled students in Aldar Academies in line with the T&Cs of the UINIFORM OFFER. This offer is only valid during the Ramadan Period and is available to pupils in selected academies.

Conduct: This offer can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. The offer eligibility communication should not be re-published or re-distributed on commercial websites or on blogs. People targeted through this offer are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with invitations to participate in this offer. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute the offer invitation.

To participate in this offer, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”). You confirm that:(i) you have read and understand these Offer Terms; and (ii) you agree to comply with these Offer Terms. ELIGIBILITY

1. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or benefits available within the Aldar Academies network.
2. This offer is valid only for pupils who are not currently enrolled as pupils in an Aldar Academies network.
3. The offer is valid for enrolments for the academic year 2022/2023 only.
4. The offer is valid for West Yas Academy, Al Mamoura Academy, Al Yasmina Academy, Al Forsan nursery and Al Bateen Academy only.
5. Only one free uniform set worth 1,000 AED shall be claimed by each eligible child.
6. The offer is only valid during the Ramadan Period.
7. If your child is eligible for the school uniform offer you will receive an SMS or email circulating the offer from Aldar Academies official communication channels.
8. Eligible pupils must submit their request for the UNIFORM OFFER after successful enrolment completion.
9. The offer is only valid once the Parent Relations Executive (PRE) issues a uniform letter to a successful parent and student.
10. The offer is only redeemable once for each pupil.
11. The uniform cannot be transferred to children other than the child originally nominated by the school Parent Relations Executive (PRE).
12. The offer will only be provided to students with no arrears on their account.
13. The uniform cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
14. The offer is subject to the satisfaction of the relevant Aldar Academies admission & assessment policies & procedures.
15. Aldar Academies reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of the promotion
    at any time.

LIABILITY

Release: By participating in the UNIFORM OFFER, you release Aldar Academies, its affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (the “Aldar Academies Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses, to the extent permitted by law, arising out of or in any way connected to the UNIFORM OFFER and/or the use of any free uniform.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Aldar Academies Parties harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by you of any of these Offer Terms or any violation by you of applicable law.

TERMINATION

Termination: Aldar Education may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Offer Terms at any time. Aldar Academies may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any pupil’s participation in the UNIFORM OFFER for breach of these Offer Terms or taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Offer Terms. The amount and type of offer that you may obtain by participating in the UNIFORM OFFER can change at any time.

PRIVACY

Participation in the UNIFORM OFFER may require you to submit personal information about yourselves and any related pupil. The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the Aldar Academies Data Policy

UPDATES TO THE OFFER TERMS

Aldar Academies reserves the right to modify these Offer Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. If we modify these Offer Terms, we will post the modification on our [website/portal], and the revised Offer Term shall be effective at the time of posting. Continued participation in the UNIFORM OFFER after any modification of such terms, shall constitute consent to such modification.

OTHER TERMS

If any provision in these Offer Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be deleted and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to this Offer will be resolved under the laws of Abu Dhabi, and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi in relation to any dispute.
